Circa 1886 Restaurant on Wentworth Street in Charleston is a paradise if you love soufflé, amuse-bouche and the classic steak. They have two menus. You may prefer the regular menu. The tasting menu is for experimenters, who really want to explore something off the cuff. You can play safe with the crab cakes or go for the antelope. The desserts are not just mouthwatering and sumptuous. They are unforgettable. They do come up with special menus from time to time. If you are lucky, try the dill ice cream with lobster tail.
